We understand the concerns of the Hispanic community as consumers have been crying out for a change. They no longer wanted bad-tasting, unhealthy products. Many of them did not want ingredients such as MSG (Mono Sodium Glutamate), which is a neurotoxin and cancer-causing agent, in their foods. They also sought an alternative to the heavy salt content found in most processed foods – the main cause of high blood pressure in the Hispanic community and the primary reason why we decided to enter the Spanish food market.
